You do what you can manage with our instructors encouragement. You don't have to be super fit to do Commando Box, but this doesn’t mean you can take it easy. COMMANDO BOX classes are adaptable, so whatever your current fitness level or exercise experience, you can benefit greatly. It’s hard work, but it’s fun and very effective.
