LEARN THE ART OF BOXING

Boxing is a great way to stay in shape, develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. Boxing technique classes are for both those who are starting from scratch or who wish to develop their boxing skills a little further. Classes will help refine your stance and punching technique while also focusing on defence.

 

The class also includes optional sparring which is a fantastic way to develop skills and an incredible workout all in one. Sparring is only completed at up to 50% power unless building up to competition, so there is little chance of getting hurt.
