Beach Beasters are an old school form of training, that keeps you on your toes and teaches your body to effectively use its energy stores, for maximum athletic output. Simply put, you'll get fit. Seriously fit - fast.

Each 60-minute group event is made up of old school military drills including equipment runs, energy sapping relays and stairs...lots of stairs!

 

Feel free to take a rewarding and refreshing dip in the sea after you're finished, after all, you've definitely earned it.

This event is designed for all fitness levels, so don't worry if its your first time, you will be given activities suitable for your experience level.
