Pre F.I.T Club:
In 1999 I had a heart attack and my confidence took a mighty blow. As a consequence I was in the process of making myself an invalid. I was instructed by my doctor to partake in some sort of exercise to build myself back up. That was made even harder by the fact that most gyms I tried, refused to take on heart attack victims. That was until I was walking past and noticed the F.I.T Club sign board.

Post F.I.T Club:
After joining F.I.T Club my confidence in what I was capable of achieving was transformed. I found that I could push myself much further than I ever thought possible even after a heart attack. F.I.T Club does exactly what it says on the tin, it get you fit and pushes you to your limit. I have made many good friends while at F.I.T Club and would take out a life time membership, if they would let me!
