For every goal orientated fitness fanatic that walks through our door, there is also the workaholic who’s short of time, the one who struggles to keep fit, or the whole raft of people who’d rather be doing anything other than working out. Whatever your experience or fitness level, we have a personal training option to suit you.

Bring  Some Friends

Although the name suggests a one on one training class, we do also offer personal classes for up to 5 people. If you and your partner or a few friends want something a bit different to the normal gym session, classes can be arranged to suit.

Payments

Personal training is booked in advance and can be paid for on a pay as you go basis or block book classes and pay in advance to benefit from our great discounts.
