Commando Box
FIT CLUB has combined Military and Boxing fitness techniques to offer one of the fastest and most enjoyable ways to get fit.
Circuit Training
Qualified Commando Box instructors will take you through over 70 different types of upper body exercises and over 100 separate lower body exercises.
All classes offer fantastic muscle toning, stamina building and core exercises to give you a full body work out. Classes include the use punch bags and other boxing techniques to really raise the pressure and get you sweating.
Surprise Yourself
Exercising as part of a class is a great way to benefit from the motivation of others. Learn to train harder and longer than ever before with the help of our existing members and instructors.
Who’s it For?
All classes are available to males and females over the age of 16. No previous boxing or military experience is necessary to join us. We encourage individuals of ALL fitness levels to come along and get stuck in.
