Boxing Classes
Boxing is a great way to stay in shape and develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. Here at FIT CLUB we have our very own boxing club which offers the ability to compete in Amateur Boxing Competitions.Boxing Technique
We offer boxing technique classes for those who want to develop their boxing skills a little further. Classes will help refine your stance and punching technique which can be used to build up to competition level or simply for self defence.
Junior Classes
F.I.T Club junior boxing classes are a great way to help keep your child healthy and active. Classes are designed to help keep juniors fit, while building confidence and teaching discipline. Most importantly the classes are intended to be fun and engaging.
As part of the boxing club, juniors have the opportunity to take part in optional light sparring sessions and compete in boxing bouts at amateur level.
All classes are supervised by qualified CRB checked coaches.
The Club
As part of the Amateur Boxing Club, you will have the opportunity to take part in sparring classes and amateur boxing competitions.
Who’s it For?
Junior Classes: Males & Females under 16 years old
Senior Classes: Males & Females over 16 years old
