Keswick Half Marathon
F.I.T Club and its memebrs are once agin taking part the Keswick RUFC Half Marathon on Sunday 2nd May 2010. Applications are now available at the gym.

Take the opportunity to become one of the first Commando Box Instructors in the North East. Get your clients in shape with a mix of commando and boxing circuit training.
